for repair goes into an awaiting parts status.
If I were to call in to get a status on a job, would Phoenix Systems
be able to inform me of its status?
Yes. All jobs
are tracked via a job tracking software package. This permits
the customer to know where the job is at all times.
What is the warranty period on repairs?
Phoenix Systems
offers a 1-year warranty on all repairs. This covers all materials
and labor that applies to that particular job, but will not cover
neglected, or mis-applied equipment.
If I were to call in for a quote on a particular piece of equipment,
how long will it take to get a price for repair?
Most quotes
will be responded to within a 24 hour period. If the job was a
rushed item, it will be quoted within the same day.
If I were to send a job in as a rush item, will there be additional
charges?
There is a
$50 minimum rush fee, maximum will 25% of the net cost of the
repair item.
Does Phoenix systems offer any form of quality control?
Yes. Our quality
control system consist of visual inspections to monitor quality
work, random retesting, and ESD protection, during and after repairs.
Does Phoenix Systems meet NIST certification requirements?
Yes. Phoenix
Systems test equipment, and test procedures are all traceable
to NIST certification.
